Mr. and Mrs. William R. Holland of Roanoke are pleased to announce theengagement of their daughter, MaryBurwell Holland, to Mickey MarkJohnson, son of the late Mrs. Betty Wood Johnson of Bedford and Mr. James Fred Johnson of Ruckersville. Miss Holland is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Paul Graff of Roanoke.

Miss Holland is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Mary Washington College. She is employed by Bankers & Shippers Insurance Company as a Senior Territory Manager. Mr. Johnson attended Liberty High School and Central Virginia Community College and is employed by Park Communications as an Account Executive. A winter wedding is planned.
