BARTULEWICZ-MITCHELL

The matron of honor was Deana Bridges, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tammy Mitchell, sister-in-law of bride, Carrie Ames, Aimee Justice, Andi Morris and Nicki Payne, all friends. Flowergirls were Laura Bartulewicz and Elaine Bartulewicz, both nieces of the groom.

The best man was Robert J. Bartulewicz, Sr., father of the groom. Ushers included Judd Allender, a friend, Brian Bartulewicz and Robert Bartulewicz, Jr., brothers of the groom, and Randy Mitchell and Brent Mitchell, brothers of the bride. Ringbearer was Cole S. Lawrence of Charlotte, N. C.

A program of wedding music was provided by Mr. William Kinzie, violinist, and Ms. Camille Carothers, pianist. Vocalists were Ms. Cathy Mitchell, Mr. Ron Patrick and Mr. Ron Smith. The guestbook was attended by Donna Mahood.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a french tulle alencon lace gown featuring a fitted bodice with off the shoulder short tunnel sleeves. The basque waistline was accented with rosettes and full gathered skirt of french tulle. The gown was accented with lace motifs adorned with sequins and pearls. She wore a beaded and sequined headband with a veil of french tulle. She carried a long stemmed armed bouquet consisting of purple and white orchids, white lilies, white bridal roses, asters and purple statice.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin V. Mitchell of Roanoke. She graduated from Northside High School and from Bridgewater College. She is employed by Rockbridge County Schools. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Bartulewicz, Sr., of Staunton. He is a recent graduate of Bridgewater College.

The newlyweds will live in Buchanan after a wedding trip to New England.
