The matrons of honor were Mrs. Ti Godfrey and Mrs. Leigh Ann Brewster, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jenny Skeen, sister of the bride, Karen Aker, Whitney Game, Lisa Lawson, Darlene Moon and Jennie Russell, all friends of the bride and groom. Flowergirl was Kristin Skeen, sister of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Jenna Kinder, daughter of David and Kin Kinder.
Father of the groom, Lewis Edmond Kirtner, served as best man. Groomsmen included Tim Kirtner, brother of the groom, Anthony Akers, Todd Brewster, Randy Cox, J. B. Kitts, Dean Russell, and Eddie Wood, all friends of the bride and groom. Junior groomsman was David Allen Kinder, son of David and Kim Kinder. Ringbearer was Bryan Booth, son of Sharon Booth.
The bride wore a traditional gown of white satin embellished with beaded Alencon lace. The jeweled neckline was accented with pearl dangles. The gown featured short cap sleeves and elongated fitted bodice. The chapel length train featured a layered net skirt over satin. She carried a cascade of pink and white roses.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Evelyn Skeen of Pulaski. She graduated from Radford University and is employed by State Farm Insurance Company. The groom is the son of Lewis Edmond and Dot R. Kirtner of Dublin. He graduated from Radford University and is employed by the Virginia State Police.
The newlyweds will live in Bowling Green (Caroline County), Virginia
