Association is accepting Festival of Trees entries

The Mental Health Association of Roanoke Valley is accepting applications for its 11th annual Festival of Trees.

The festival will be held on the 21st floor of the Dominion Tower from Nov. 26 through Dec. 24. For more information about entering the festival, contact the Mental Health Association at 344-0931.

Troutville Lions Club installs new officers

The Troutville Lion's Club recently installed new officers and directors.

The new officers are Paul Tucker, president; John Rice, first vice president; Devin Moeller, second vice president; Gene Hartsell, third vice president; and DeWayne Blough, secretary/treasurer.

New directors are Bill David, Betty Knotts, Harvey Kincer and John Vail.
