TOTH-HANNING

Christine Marie Hanning of Raleigh, N.C. and Robert Paul Toth of Charleston, S.C., were married Saturday, June 26, 1993 at 7 p.m. at White MemorialPresbyterian Church, Raleigh, N.C.Dr. Peter C. Carruthers performed the candlelight ceremony.

The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. John Hanning of Wake Forest, N.C., formerly of Roanoke. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. John Toth of Washington, Pa.

Special guests were Mary Toth of West Pittsburg, Pa., grandmother of the groom, and Al Murray of Lakeland, Fla., grandfather of the bride.

Matron of honor was Leslie James of Bamberg, Germany. Maid of honor was Anne Allen of Charlottesville. Bridesmaids were Melissa Boush of Alexandria, Kim Boylard of Bloomington, Ind.,Shannon Kelly of Charlotte, N.C., Heidi Rehak of Pittsburgh, Pa. and Tina Toth of Washington, Pa., sisters of the groom.

The father of the groom served as best man. Groomsmen were Keith Gailey of Trafford, Pa., Rich Hanning ofGreenville, S.C., brother of the bride, Steve Burling of Mt. Laurel, N.J., Ryan Relich of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Jeffrey Jorgensen of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.

Dr. Brock W. Downward was organist, Vann Zimmerman was trumpeter and James Smith was soloist.

The bride is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a bachelor of arts degree in education. She taught third grade in Raleigh, N.C.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of arts degree in economics. He is a C-141 navigator in the U.S. Air Force. He has the rank of captain. After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will live in Charleston, S.C.
