OBIT HULL, IDA BELLE GARDNER

HULL, Ida Belle Gardner, 93, of Laurel Fork, passed away Saturday, July 31, 1993 at Twin County Community Hospital. She was born in Carroll County March 2, 1900, a daughter of the late Walter Harryman and Margaret Padgett Harryman. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas C. Jr. and Mary Lou Gardner, Bedford, Maynard W. and Charlene Gardner, Laurel Fork; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lee and Leonard Hudson, Bedford; sister, Ruth Hawks, Galax; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Sebert Hull, Bill Swecker, Millie Semones, Judy Belle Semones and Ila Mae Stilwell. She was preceded in death by the following husbands: Thomas C. Gardner, Hayman Swecker and Dorsey Hull. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, August 2, 1993 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville. Burial in the Gardner Memorial Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
