BARTER PLAY

Barter Theatre will open an adults-only play, "Frankie & Johnny in the Clair DeLune" by Terrence McNelly, on Wednesday for a four-week run at the Barter Playhouse.

Cordis Heard and Michael Medeiros, an acting couple who are married in real life, will play the title characters struggling toward a lasting and meaningful relationship.

She has performed on Broadway and in recent movies, including "Hero" and "The Distinguished Gentleman." He has appeared on a long list of prestigious theater stages and in film and television roles in "Kennedy," "Robocop II," "Sunset Grill" and others.
