CHANDLER, Cleo C., 86, of Roanoke died Saturday, July 31, 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Chandler Sr. Surviving are a son, Thomas J. Chandler Jr., Roanoke; close friend, Nancy Huff, Roanoke; two grandsons and wife, Thomas J. and Vicky Chandler III, Roanoke, Byron D. Chandler, Charlottesville; a granddaughter, Sara K. Chandler, Tifton, Ga.; a great-grandson, Thomas Hunter Chandler, Roanoke. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Albemarle County. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
