FIELDS, Charlotte Steptoe, 82, of Roanoke, died Friday, July 30, 1993. Survivors include one son, Joseph Louis (Rebecca K. Fields); two grandchildren, Joseph L. Fields Jr. and Regina K. Fields, all of Roanoke; one sister, Naomi Brown of Charlottesville; other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Williams Memorial Park with Dr. J. Eugene Young officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
