BORCHARDT-DUNN

Tonia Sue Dunn and David Charles Borchardt were married Saturday, June 19 at twelve o'clock noon in TrinityBaptist Church in Covington. The Rev. Leslie R. Napier officiated. The bride is the daughter of John R. Dunn of Covington and Mrs. Lewis G. (Helen) Rutrough of Fincastle. Grandparents are John and Dora Webb of Covington. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles R. Borchardt of Charlottesville. The bride graduated from Radford College and the groom graduated from Virginia Tech. GinaRobertson of Roanoke, was matron of honor. Bridesmaid was Lisa Sanchez. The best man was Fred Haar and the groomsman was Jim Nelms. The flower girl was Sally Haar, and ring bearer was Scott Robertson. The pianist was Chris Byer and soloist was Paul Clark. The guestbook was attended by Elizabeth Rock. Helen Griffith directed the wedding andreception. The reception was held at the Holiday Inn in Covington. The couple spent their wedding night at theHomestead in Hot Springs, Va. and left the morning after for a week in Hilton Head, S.C. The bride is employed byCorporate Jets in Charlottesville, and the groom is self-employed with Borchardt Construction in Charlottesville. They will reside in Charlottesville.
