Andrea Lynn Lucas and Benjamin Thomas Foutz were married August 7, 1993, in Oak Grove Church of the Brethren with Pastor Ed Woodard officiating. The reception was held at the Jefferson Club. The maid of honor was Kerry Lyons, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Jami Long, Maria Francisco, BeckyTabor, Laura Engel, and Angela St. Clair, all friends of the bride; and Tammy Foutz, sister-in-law of the groom. The best man was Lowell Foutz, father of the groom. The ushers were David Foutz and Daniel Foutz, brothers of the groom; BrianLucas, brother-in-law of the groom; Jeff King, Brian Reger and Steve Swoope,all friends of the groom. WeddingCoordinator was Vaunda Leftwich. Sylvia Dunkley-Hedge was the WeddingDirector. Photographer was RobertLeftwich. The guestbook was attended by Dottie Francisco and Mary Jane Oyler. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Berkley Lucas of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Cave Spring High School, Lenoir-Rhyne College and received her Master's Degree in School Psychology from Radford University. She is employed by Iredell-Statesville Schools, inStatesville, N.C., as a School Psychologist. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Foutz of Roanoke. He is agraduate of Cave Spring High School and Lenoir-Rhyne College. He is employed by Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C.
