Thank you, Forrest Landon, for your concern over my delicate sensibilities. God forbid that we should be forced to endure a comic strip that offends anyone. Much better to opt for ``a strip of universal appeal.'' In fact, why don't we just do away with all those ``weird`` and ``immodest, immoral and vulgar'' (quoting a recent letter to the editor) `toons, such as ``Calvin and Hobbs,'' ``Doonesbury'' and their ilk, and replace them with one strip that everyone will enjoy. You could call it ``Pablum Place.''
