PULASKI COUNTY'S 1993-94 SCHOOL CALENDAR

This is the 1993-94 academic year schedule for Pulaski County schools; they apply to all county schools:

\ Sept. 7: Schools open.

\ Nov. 5: First nine-week grading session ends.

\ Nov. 11: Report cards sent home.

\ Nov. 25-26: Thanksgiving holiday.

\ Dec. 23-Jan. 2: Winter break.

\ Jan. 3: Schools reopen.

\ Jan. 21: First semester ends.

\ Jan. 24: System-wide teacher workday.

\ Jan. 27: Report cards sent home.

\ March 30: Third nine-week grading session ends.

\ March 31-April 5: Spring break.

\ April 12: Report cards sent home.

\ May 30: Memorial Day holiday.

\ June 6: Last day of school.

June 7, 8 and 9 will be the first three makeup days, if needed.

The fourth makeup day would replace the May 30 Memorial Day holiday.

The fifth makeup day would eliminate March 31 from the spring break.
