Mr. and Mrs. Charles N. Engers of Roanoke, Va., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tamarra Lynne, to James David Holter, son of Mrs. Lohre A. Holter and the late Mr. Keith D. Holter of Springfield, Va.

Miss Engers is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Roanoke College and is employed by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. in Manassas, Va.

Mr. Holter is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and has attended Northern Virginia Community College. He is employed by United Service LifeInsurance Corporation in Arlington, Va.

An April wedding is planned.
