MARKHAM-LITZ

Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Markham, of Buchanan, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Leigh, to William Jackson Litz III, of Kingsport, Tenn. A January wedding is planned.

Miss Markham was graduated from James River High School and from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. She will be pursuing a Masters of Education degree in the area of College Student Personnel Administration this fall working at James Madison University in Harrisonburg.

Mr. Litz, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Litz, Jr., was graduated from Sullivan South High School in Kingsport and from Auburn University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He is pursuing a law degree at Washington and Lee University.
