OBIT-ANDERSON, LULA ETTA

ANDERSON, Lula Etta, 84, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, August 17, 1993 in a Roanoke hospital. She is survived by a son, Don Anderson of Roanoke; a son and daughter-in-law, Ralph Wayne and Linda Anderson of Roanoke; a daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis Jean and Charles Rakes of Roanoke; four sisters, Girlie Woods, Eura Hayden, Ora Hale, Carrie Hale; three grandchildren, Steven Michael Rakes, Richard Charles Rakes, Ralph Andy and wife, Teresa Anderson. Funeral services will be held Thursday 2 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with Pastor Don Hill officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel.
