EDMISTON, Greer L.E. of Roanoke, died Monday, August 16, 1993, at his home.
Mr. Edmiston was a pharmacist for 51 years in Southwest, Va. and was a member
of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Mary
Copenhaver Edmiston, Roanoke; one son, Lyn G. Edmiston and his wife, Kimberly,
Chattanooga, Tenn.; one brother, George Edmiston and his wife, Ola; one
sister, Priscilla Troxel; three granddaughters; two grandsons; and one
great-grandson. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 3
p.m. Wednesday by Dr. Charles W. Easley. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial
Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Mark's
Lutheran Church Building Fund, 1008 Franklin Rd., S.W., Roanoke, Va. 24016.
