OBIT SNAPP, MINNIE PAULINE BROWN

SNAPP, Minnie Pauline Brown, 95, of Glade Spring, died Thursday, August 19, 1993, in Smyth County Community Hospital, Marion. She was the widow of Thomas O. Snapp. She was a member of the Chilhowie Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, Lawrence O. Snapp, Glade Spring, Thomas A. Snapp, Fairbanks, Alaska, Ardle Woody Snapp, Richmond; one daughter, Colleen Redman, Fairbanks, Alaska; one brother, Robert S. Brown, Kingsport, Tenn.; two sisters, Myrtle Cassidy and Margaret Little, both of Kingsport, Tenn.; five granchildren, Mike, Clint and Sara Snapp, all of Richmond, Scott Redman, Anchorage, Alaska, Linda Redman, Homer, Alaska; two great-grandchildren, Billy and Stephane Redman, Anchorage, Alaska. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel, Chilhowie, with Rev. David K. Love officiating. Interment wil be in Old Glade Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Williams Funeral Home, Chilhowie.
