OBIT SCHAUB, C. HOWARD

SCHAUB, C. Howard, 77, of Fredericksburg, died Thursday, August 19, 1993, at his residence. He was the son of the late Floyd and Mae Hollins Schaub. A native of Radford, Mr. Schaub was retired as superintendent for McDow Wellman Engineering. Survivors include his wife, Ruth E. Schaub; one stepdaughter, Harriette Chandler of Fauquier County, Va.; a sister, Marie Knight of Louisville, Tenn.; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren; four nephews. A graveside service will be held Monday, August 23, 1993, at 10 a.m. from Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin, with the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford. The family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
