WYTHEVILLE MAN A LOTTO RUNNER-UP

William Black of Wytheville has won $1,658 from the Virginia Lottery by matching five of six numbers in a recent Lotto drawing.

He bought the winning combination at Dillon's IGA Foodette in Wytheville.
