WOLFE-BARBOUR

Suzanne Elizabeth Barbour andJeffrey Kenneth Wolfe were united in marriage on August 21, 1993, at Cave Spring Baptist Church. Dr. David Kenyon of Blacksburg, Va. officiated. The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Hidden Valley Country Club.

The maid of honor was Jennifer Bird, friend of the bride of Roanoke, Va. The bridesmaids were Kristine Marsheck,sister of the groom of Gibsonia, Pa.;Kristin Blankenship of Roanoke, Va.; Kim Wagner of Richmond, Va.; TeresaRoberts, Atlanta, Georgia; and Emily Youngberg, Silver Spring, Maryland; all friends of the bride.

The best man was Richard Wolfe, brother of the groom of Pittsburgh, Pa. The groomsmen were William Marsheck, brother-in-law of the groom of Gibsonia, Pa.; David Barbour, brother of the bride of Blacksburg, Va.; Bertram Bradley of Ellicott City, Maryland; Paul Reddel of Gibsonia, Pa.; Richard Mondello ofAllison Park, Pa.; all friends of the groom.

The soloist was Posey Jones ofBlacksburg, Va., friend of the groom.

The flower girl was Jenna Katharine Jackson and the ring bearer was Thomas Macajah Jackson, III, both are cousins of the bride and are from Galax, Va.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julian A. Barbour, Roanoke, Va. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech with a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts. She will continue hereducation at Roanoke College, Salem, Va.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Wolfe, Allison Park, Pa. He graduated from Hampton High School and is a summa cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree inMechanical Engineering. He is employed by General Electric, Inc., Salem, Va.

After a wedding trip to St. John, Virgin Islands, the newlyweds will make their home in Roanoke, Va.
