OLLIE GAY CARPENTER

Mrs. Ollie Gay Carpenter, of Hot Springs, Virginia, celebrated her 87th birthday Saturday, July 24th, at her home. There was a picnic/reunion held there with many family and friends attending. Those attending were: Charles and Joyce Smith, of Moneta, Va., Ruby Lowry, Hot Springs, Lois and Douglas McLaughlin, Shirley McLaughlin, Roanoke, Va., Melinda George, Winchester, Eddie and Matt Helmintoller, Covington, Jerry, Nancy and Stella May, Hot Springs, Eugene and Elva Carpenter, Gaithersburg, Md., Clifton and Janet Carpenter, Hot Springs, Scott Carpenter, Hot Springs, Suzanne Luther, Roanoke, Daryl, Carol and Leah Loan, Warm Springs, Donald and Judy Carpenter, Culpepper, Va., Russell and Tanya Carpenter, Culpepper, Duane and Nancy Hawks, Copper Hill, Steve Hawks, Brenda Kuser, Tony Hawks, Roanoke, Willie and Nada Carpenter, Hot Springs, Michael Kellison, Arab, Alabama, James, Darlene and Teresa Carpenter, Hot Springs, Robert Fridley, Millboro, Robert, Gloria and P.J. Spitler, all of Chesapeake, Va. Ages ran from 87 years to 4 months. Unable to attend was Bedford Carpenter, Holden Beach, N.C.
