OBIT DOBBINS, MATT BUSTER

DOBBINS, Matt Buster, 78, of Christiansburg, died Thursday night, August 19, 1993, in a Salem hospital. He was a retired employee of the N&W Railroad, Radford Division. Surviving are a half brother, Roy Hinkley of Riner; a housekeeper and companion, Annie Likens of Christiansburg; three grandchildren, Sharon Heslep of Ironto, Patty Dobbins and Matthew Dobbins, both of Ashboro, N.C.; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday from the Richardson-Horne Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Homer D. Sawyer, with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Sunday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
