UNWON LOTTO PRIZE GOES TO $24 MILLION

There was no winner in the weekend's $19.4 million Lotto jackpot, pushing Wednesday's jackpot to an estimated $24 million, the Virginia Lottery said Sunday. Saturday's numbers were 3, 14, 18, 22, 38 and 40.

Lottery spokeswoman Paula Otto said 205 tickets matched five of six numbers to win $1,219; 9,862 matched four numbers for $54 and 162,095 matched three for a free play.

Though Saturday's jackpot was not the Lotto's highest, the game for the first time has gone nine drawings without a winner. - Associated Press
