OBIT NOELL, NELLIE FRANCES

NOELL, Nellie Frances, ("Miss Nellie"), 86, of Shawsville, passed away Saturday, August 21, 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, Baxter T. Noell. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Stella and Homer West, Roanoke; brother and sister-in-law, Laten and Cumallia Noell, Roxboro, N.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral will be Saturday 2 p.m. First Baptist Church, Shawsville with Rev. Erdie Trigg officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the church. The remains will be placed in the church at 4 p.m. Friday. Arrangements by Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
