OBIT-JOHNSTON, CHARLES AUSTIN

JOHNSTON, Charles Austin, 82, of Roanoke, died Thursday, August 26, 1993. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith C. Johnston. He was a retired employee of National Linen Service work for 36 years. He is survived by one daughter, Dora Jean Johnston; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Wayne and Wanda Johnston all of Roanoke; one granddaughter, Melissa Keaton; one great-granddaughter, Valeria Keaton, Roanoke; one sister, Jeanette Kitchen, Revenna, Ohio. Graveside services will be at Sherwood Memorial Park 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Frank Feather officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke chapel.
