OBIT-NESTER, MALLIE ANDREWS

NESTER, Mallie Andrews, 83, of Vinton, died Friday, August 27, 1993. Mrs. Nester was retired from Kenrose Manufacturing and was preceded in death by two husbands, Joesph Daniel Andrews and Wyatt Nester. She is survived by four daughters and son-in-law, Joy A. Vaught, Roanoke, Glenna A. Sowers, Roanoke, Mavia A. Alderman, Danville, Geraldine A. and Thomas Mitchell of Kansas; one son, Joesph M. Andrews of Roanoke; one brother, Jesse Nester of Laurel fork, ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 30, 1993, at 10 a.m. at Lotz Vinton Chapel with Rev. Steve Witt officiating and 2 p.m. at Laurel Fork Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Jeff B. Higgins officiating. Interment will be in Nester Family Cemetery, Laurel Fork, Va. The family will receive friends at the Lotz Vinton Chapel after 2 p.m. Saturday.
