PURSER-CHAMBERS

Anna Blair Purser and Robert Neal Chambers are engaged and planning to be married in April 1994 in Roanoke. Blair is the daughter of William and Joanne Foster of Roanoke and David F. Purser of Charlotte, N.C. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Radford University, and attended Elon College. Neal is the son of Mr. Robert L. Chambers and Mrs. Billie A. Chambers, both of Lynchburg. He is a graduate of E.C. Glass High School and N.C. Wesleyan, and is employed by Cobb Office Products in Lynchburg.
