CONGRATULATIONS HAM

Jessica A. Ham (KE4EDN), age 8, has successfully passed her amateur radio technicians test and is believed to be the youngest in the state to be licensed. Along with her parents, Jeffrey A. Ham (N4ZRO) and Joyce A. Ham (KD4FKA), they are members of the Southwest Va. Wireless Assoc. Club. She is a granddaughter of Robert and Marie Ham.
