"Princess puts duty before her freedom," said a headline in Today, quoting "a source close to the princess" and a Buckingham Palace spokesman. The Daily Express quoted "a source close to her" as saying Diana was "totally opposed to divorce." However, the Daily Express emphasized "there will be no reconciliation." The Sun carried a similar story.
The Daily Mail, which reported the quick-divorce story two weeks ago, quoted a palace spokesman as saying the other reports were nothing new.
\ Don't even try to get actor Sean Penn's autograph. He's likely to shoot you, with a squirt gun filled with urine.
That's according to autograph dealer Jan Schray, who lists which stars are nice to autograph seekers and which are just downright rude.
The nice ones: Amanda Donahoe, Delta Burke, Gerald McRaney, Markie Post, Marlee Matlin and Jay Leno.
The rotten: Farrah Fawcett, who reportedly must get permission from Ryan O'Neal before signing; and Andy Griffith, who Schray writes "might be a sweet old coot on television, but in person he's not very sweet."
