AMERICAN HEART WALK SEPT. 26

The American Heart Walk will be held Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. at the Radford High School track to benefit the American Heart Association.

Participants obtain sponsors to make donations and are also eligible for prizes based on how much money they raise.

Additional prizes will be awarded both to the top individual walkers and top teams.

Participants may walk all or any part of the 5K (3.1-mile) trek, and refreshments will be available along the way.
