OBIT-PRICE, ESTHER HAULSEE

PRICE, Esther Haulsee, 38, of Sugar Grove, died Monday, August 30, 1993, in Smyth County Community Hospital. She was a member of the Sugar Grove Baptist Church where she was organist, Sunday School Teacher and did other various outstanding Christian and Civic work. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Kenny Price of Sugar Grove; two sons, Sean K. Price and Joshua B. Price, both of Sugar Grove; her mother, Stella Haulsee of Marion; one sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Robert Kemp of Buffalo, N.Y. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 1 at 2 p.m. at the Sugar Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Price and the Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery in Marion. The body will be taken to the Church one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Esther H. Price Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Seaver-Brown Funeral Service, P.O. Box 427, Marion, VA 24354. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
