Molly Rutherford, Cave Spring High School, was the girl's division winner in a high school cross country meet at the Baptist Home in Salem with a time of 21:48. Her name was incorrect in a story in Thursday's paper.

Because of a syndicate error, there was an error in Thursday's Goren on Bridge column. The South hand should have held the seven of Clubs instead of the ace of Clubs.
