OBIT STRATTON, KATHRYN ANN

STRATTON, Kathryn Ann, 70, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, September 28, 1993. She was a member of New Life Temple Pentecostal Holiness Church and was the widow of John H. Stratton. She is survived by one son, John W. Stratton, Roanoke; two brothers, Rev. Edward R. Dowdy, Gulfport, Miss., Robert L. Dowdy, Brandon, Miss.; two sisters, Josephine Young Zulasky, Sun City Center, Fla., Margaret Dowdy, Lynchburg; one granddaughter, Kelly Wilson, Roanoke; one great-granddaughter, Charity Wilson, Roanoke; two great-grandsons. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside, Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 1 p.m. Saturday, October 2, with the Rev. Walter L. Wood officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Friday.
