Susan Elaine Biggs and Gene Cicatelli (known professionally as Gene Randall), are engaged and planning to be married November 27, 1993, in the Washington, DC area. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Robert Biggs. She graduated from Cave Spring High School, the University of Virginia and the University of Pennsylvania. She is employed by Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC. He is the son of Mr. and Mr. Gene Cicatelli of New Port Richie, Florida. He graduated from Stepinac High School in White Plains, New York and GeorgetownUniversity. He is employed by CNN.
