BRICKEY-HAMNER

Kathy L. Hamner and James (Kenny) Brickey were united in marriage onOctober 2, 1993 in Mineral Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Burrell Bakerofficiating.

Wanda K. Correll, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Tina M. Shaver, friend of the bride and groom, and Nancy E. Hamner, sister of the bride. James M. Brickey served as his son's best man. The ushers were Mike Shaver, friend of the bride and groom, and James L. Hamner, Jr., brother of the bride. Jennifer Correll and Adam J.Correll, niece and nephew of the bride, were the guestbook attendants.

Kathy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Hamner of Pavo, Georgia. She isemployed by Roanoke City DSS. Kenny is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Brickey of Roanoke, Virginia. He is employed by Cummins-Atlantic, Inc.

The newlyweds will reside in Salem, Virginia.
