WINNING LOTTO TICKET BOUGHT IN GALAX

A ticket purchased in Galax correctly matched all six numbers in a $7 million Lotto drawing, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Sunday.

The winning numbers drawn Saturday night were 16-19-23-33-36-38.

Matching five of six numbers to win $1,412 each were 76 tickets, and matching four numbers to win $64 each were 3,568 tickets, spokeswoman Cherie Phaup said. Matching three numbers for a free play were 61,268 tickets, she said.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $1 million, Phaup said. - Associated Press
