OBIT BRUMFIELD, THELMA HARTMAN
BRUMFIELD, Thelma Hartman, 68, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, October 5, 1993.
She was retired from Sears with 32 years service. She was an active member of
Red Hill Church of the Brethren for many years. Surviving are a sister and
brother-in-law, Ruth and Leonard Leffel, Roanoke; four brothers and three
sisters-in-law, Ralph and Juanita Hartman, Alvin and Peggy Hartman, Ray and
Christeen Hartman, all of Roanoke County, and Harry Hartman, Roanoke City;
also surviving are nine nephews; and one niece. Funeral services will be
conducted at Red Hill Church of the Brethren 11 a.m. Thursday, October 7,
1993, with the Rev. Ernest Deyerle and the Rev. Ralph Spradlin officiating.
Interment in Amos Cemetery, Roanoke County. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke
Chapel.
