ROANOKE SCHOOLS GET TWO NEW ADMINISTRATORS

Roanoke School Superintendent E. Wayne Harris announced Tuesday that the city has hired a new principal for Huff Lane Intermediate School and a new hall principal at Patrick Henry High School.

Dayl Graves, previously an assistant principal at H.W. Porter School in Columbia, Ct., took over Sept. 27 as principal at Huff Lane. She replaces Helen Harris, who retired last June.

Peter Wonson, previously an assistant principal at Radford High School, has been hired as a hall principal at Patrick Henry High School. Prior to his position at Radford, Wonson was an assistant headmaster at North Cross School.
