ANNUAL HALLOWEEN RUN PLANNED IN BLACKSBURG

The second annual "Haunted Halloween, Run for Your Life" 5K run will be held Oct. 31 at 2 p.m.

The 5-kilometer run will start and finish at the Best Western Red Lion on Plantation Road in Blacksburg. Prizes will be given to overall and age group winners. T-shirts will be given to all competitors.

Registration is $9 in advance and $11 the day of the race.

Registration forms are available at local sporting good stores, the Virginia Tech gym and the Fitness Connection.
