FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE AT HEALTH DEPARTMENT

The Virginia Department of Health will give flu shots at the Roanoke City Health Department on Mondays from Oct. 18 through Dec. 13 from 10 until 11 a.m.

The fee is $10, and appointments are not necessary.

The department recommends that the shots be taken by November.
