Ambassador Rene Arturo Bendana of Honduras will discuss "The Impact of the North American Free Trade Agreement," during the Radford Chamber of Commerce fourth quarterly buffet luncheon, Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. Bendana will speak at 12:30 p.m.
