SPENCE-CRAWFORD

Cherie' Nicole Crawford and Timothy Wayne Spence were united in marriage on August 14, 1993 in a 6:00 p.m. ceremony at Bonsack Baptist Church. The officiating clergymen were John Crawford, father of the bride; Sherwood Spence, father of the groom; and Jack Edgar, uncle of the bride. The reception was held at the church.

Chanin Crawford, sister, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids wereTiffany Dawson, Robbie Jones, Maggie Burton, Helen Lovern, Donette Spence and Michelle Mead. The flowergirl was Kristen Spence, niece. Randy Spence, brother, served as best man. Thegroomsmen were Josh Crawford, Mark Lovern, Perry Wooten, Steve Blanchard, Jason Blackburn and Stephen Mead. The ringbearer was Brad Kahl. The guestbook was attended by Jessica and KristenEdgar.

The bride wore an ivory sheath gown by Jasmine. She carried a bouquet ofsterling roses with white orchids.

Cherie' is the daughter of John and Christine Crawford of Roanoke. She is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and attends Radford University. Timothy is the son of Sherwood and Euna Spence of Salem. He is a graduate of Salem High School and Emmanuel College, and isemployed by the Roanoke City PoliceDepartment.

Following their wedding trip to Disney World, the newlyweds reside in Roanoke, Va.
