MOTORCYCLIST KILLED IN ACCIDENT

An Eagle Rock man was killed Saturday afternoon when his motorcycle went out of control on a curve near Elliston.

David Michael Linkenhoker, of Route 2 in Eagle Rock, was driving his motorcycle on Route 460 near Elliston when the bike went out from under him and he struck the guardrail. Police said he took the curve too fast.

Linkenhoker, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.
