OBIT STUART, ELBURNE STAFFORD

STUART, Elburne Stafford, 27, of Copper Hill, passed away Sunday, October 17, 1993, at his home. He was an employee of S&S Paving Company of Copper Hill. He is survived by his wife, Karen Stuart of Copper Hill; his parents, Roy J. and Mabel Stuart of Copper Hill; brothers and sisters-in-law, Chester Stuart of Copper Hill, Granver Stuart of Copper Hill, Milton and Violeta Stuart of Copper Hill, Allen and Annette Stuart of Copper Hill, John Stuart and Arlene Helms of Copper Hill; paternal grandmother, Maude Stuart of Copper Hill; maternal grandmother, Julia Grogan of Bent Mountain; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Hawkins officiating. Interment will be in Pugortary Cemetery in Check. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd, where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. that evening.
