BRIGGS, W. Ingram, 77, of North Augusta, S.C., died Tuesday, October 12, 1993, at his home. He was the younger brother of J. Phil Briggs & his wife, Dorothy; niece, Elizabeth H. Briggs, Roanoke; and nephew, Joseph P. Briggs, Jr. and wife, Cheri, Pittsburgh, Pa. Rowland Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
