A front-page photo caption Tuesday incorrectly reported statements made by the two major candidates for governor during their debate in Richmond on Monday. Republican George Allen promised to create "125,000 job opportunities," while Democrat Mary Sue Terry said "Jobs will be my No. 1 priority."

A Qing Dynasty dish photographed in a story in Tuesday's Extra section was a gift to Washington and Lee University from Mrs. William L. Wilson. Because of a copy editor's error, the caption incorrectly identified the donor.
