OBIT-BOND, ANNIE MAE

BOND, Annie Mae, 83, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 1993. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Warren N. and Lula Mae Bond, Memphis, Tenn., and Richard Bond, Roanoke; one daughter-in-law, Bessie Bond, Roanoke; one son-in-law, Robert James, Capitol Heights, Md.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nora and Ressie Bond, Delitha and Owen Grogan, all of Roanoke; two sisters-in-law, Zella (Hubert) Thompson, Ferrum and Bessie Childress, Roanoke; one aunt, Fannie M. Tyree, Hardy; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 23, 1993 at 1 p.m. at Bellevue Missionary Baptist Church, Hardy, with the Rev. James H. Pearson officiating. Burial will be in the Childress Family Cemetery, Hardy. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
