CAMPBELL-VIA

Susan Renae Via and David Alan Campbell were married October 23, 1993, in Southview United Methodist Church. Rev. Edward Ridout performed the ceremony. The reception was held at the American Legion Post #3. The maid of honor was Sheila Dawn Fisher, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Elaine Campbell, sister-in-law of the groom,Tracy Sink and Chris White, friends of the bride. The best man was Jeffrey Campbell, brother of the groom. Ushers were John Gallagher and John Boyer, friends of the groom, and David Fisher, cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Christopher Phillips. The wedding director was Eva Anderson, and photography was by Barry Brooks Photography. Music was provided by Julia Samples, organist, David Waltz, saxophone, and Chris Arace, soloist. The bride's gown was slipper satin with a sweetheart neckline. The bodice was lavishly adorned with sposabella lace, trimmed in pearls and sequins. The back of the bodice, also trimmed with lace, pearls and sequins, had a heart shaped cutout with pearl ropes strung through it. The basque waist flowed into a full skirt and semi-cathedral train. The front of the skirt was adorned with lace, pearls and sequin cutouts. The back of the bodice had satin overlays with lace cutouts and a unique bow designed by the bride. The back of the skirt and train were heavily adorned with alencon lace cutouts trimmed with pearls and sequins. The skirt and train were trimmed with alencon lace again with pearls and sequins. She carried a bouquet of rhubrum lilies, white roses, ivory statice, miniature mauve carnations and baby's breath on a cascade of ivy.

The bride is a daughter of Julian Via and Loretta Via, of Salem. She graduated from West Virginia University, Morgantown, W. Va., in 1993. She is employed by the Dept. of Social Services, State of Indiana.

The groom is a son of Gene and Linda Campbell, of Stephens City, Va. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1992 and is employed by Ford Motor Co. as a Manufacturing Engineer. The newlyweds will live in Richmond, Indiana.
