Teresa Sue Anthony and Harry Lee Lowe were united in marriage on September 17, 1993 in Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Dr. George K. Bowers was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at the home of the groom's parents.

The matron of honor was Stephanie Duncan and the best man was Frank Cupp.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Anthony of Winchester, Va. She is a graduate of James Wood High School, attended Carson-Newman College, and is employed by Westfield International Conference Center in Fairfax. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lowe of Roanoke. He is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Virginia Western Community College, and is attending Shenandoah University.

Following their wedding trip to Jamaica, the newlyweds reside in Winchester, Va.
